Booking and Availability - The Cottage
The cottage is available for rent independently of the Main House of Les Altheas, between 1st October and 30th April each year
From 1st May to 30th September the Cottage is only available for rent together with the Main House.

Terms
Prices include the provision of bed-linen and towels.
Also provided are dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and salt and pepper (those annoying things you have to buy for self-catering but normally have to leave behind!).
Weekly bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter bookings available on request. £120 per night. Minimum 3 nights.
A booking deposit of 20% of the rental price is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.
A refundable Security Deposit of £300 is payable with the balance payment.
There is also a contribution to cleaning and laundry charges at the end of the stay, which is €50 paid locally to our house manager.
