Bergerac airport is about 15 to 20 mins drive from Lanquais, and is served by British Airways from London City Airport and Southampton in the Summer Season and Ryanair throughout the year from Stansted.

Merignac airport of Bordeaux is about 1 ½ - 2 hours drive. Easyjet flights from London Gatwick.

The newer airport at Brive is about 1 hour distant (flights from London City Airport and from Paris).

The use of a car is essential to explore the area fully.

The port of Calais is approximately 8 hours 30 mins travel by car. Paris is about 6 hours by car.
