Taittinger is one of the last bastions of independence of the great Champagne Houses, still actively managed by the family.

Made from a blend of 85% white wine, including 40% Chardonnay, and 15% red from Pinot Noir. Aged on the lees for 3 years and a dosage of 9g/l

Salmon pink colour, a delicate nose with hints of brioche. Strawberry and raspberry fruit on the palate with honeyed notes, great depth and balance.
